You will be creative, experienced and passionate about working with these students aged 14-16 and have the ability to engage and encourage students to participate and develop new skills in an exciting and motivating environment, this will include the delivery of literacy and numeracy. As our Lecturer in 14-16 Fresh Start Provision, you will have experience of teaching and assessing learners, including teaching English GCSE. You will also have a working knowledge of effective behaviour management strategies and an understanding of safeguarding. Experience of teaching year 10 and 11 students is advantageous.
