Job summary

Waltham Forest College in the United Kingdom seeks an experienced Engineering Lecturer to help students maximise their success. You will design, develop and deliver learning and teaching materials across a range of modules and levels, including Higher Education, within engineering.

Applicants with experience of BTEC or T Levels at Level 3 with specialisms in electrical/electronics or mechanical manufacturing would be ideally suitable.

Qualifications

• Experience of delivering higher education or FE teaching in engineering.
• Design, development and production of learning and teaching materials.
• Experience with BTEC or T Levels at Level 3 with specialisms in electrical/electronics or mechanical manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach students to maximise their success across modules/levels including Higher Education.

The main purpose of the job is to teach students to maximise their success. To design, develop and produce learning and teaching material and deliver either across a range of modules / levels, including Higher Education, within the engineering subject area. Lecturers will ensure the efficient strategy, policy and procedures, contribute to activities which influence leading edge practice in a way that engages, inspires and leads to high achievement.
