Qualifications

Job description

Salary: £30,202 - £41,768

Hours Per Week: 28

We are actively searching for a Lecturer - Engineering to join our Engineering team at our Conway Park Campus for 28 hours per week. We will offer a salary of up to £41,768 per year plus many added incentives including:

About The Job

  • To develop and deliver high quality teaching and learning in the curriculum area of Engineering.
  • To carry out formal scheduled teaching, tutorials and student assessment..
  • To act as a personal tutor to a group/s of students.
  • To prepare learning materials and students’ assignments.

About You

  • Degree or equivalent qualification (and/or relevant experience) in the area of Mechanical Engineering.
  • Recognised full teaching and assessing qualification and successful teaching experience. If the applicant does not possess a teaching qualification he/she must undertake to successfully complete a Certificate of Education within 2 years of appointment.
  • Level 2 or above literacy/English and numeracy/maths qualifications.
