Job description

Windsor Forest Colleges group is looking for a Lecturer – Electrical Installation to join our Slough and Langley College team on a permanent, full-time basis.

Lecturer – Electrical Installation

We are looking for a full-time Lecturer of Electrical Installation, qualified to teach up to and including level 3 courses. This role involves working 37 hours per week, with a total of 25 contact teaching hours and may include working evenings (up to 6 hours per week).

Reporting to the Head of Department. The primary purpose of this role is to deliver an exceptional educational experience, enabling students to maximize their potential through teaching, assessment, and academic support. The lecturer will be responsible for preparing educational materials, conducting lessons, setting and monitoring student targets, providing ongoing assessment, and preparing students for various evaluations. Additionally, the lecturer will participate in various college events to promote programs and assist in student recruitment.
