Lecturer in Electrical and Electronic Engineering

Join us to apply for the Lecturer in Electrical and Electronic Engineering role at KittyLili Designs.

Position Details

Location: Uxbridge Campus, with travel off-site when required

Hours: 36 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

Salary: £32,455 - £45,260 per annum

Additional Benefits: Teacher training provided, career development support including Level 5 teacher training qualification funding

Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled individual to teach a range of Electrical and Electronic Engineering courses, including Level 2 Foundation Competence, Level 3 Development Knowledge (BTEC/Technical Certificate), and Level 3 Electrical Engineering qualifications.

Qualifications and Experience
  • Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field
  • Teaching, training, or assessing experience in the subject area
  • Knowledge of Electrical Principles and CAD tools such as FluidSim/Multisim
  • Practical experience with electrical/electronic workshop wiring and testing equipment
  • Ability to teach technical subjects including PLCs, electronics circuit design/testing, embedded systems, automation, and control systems
  • Good communication skills and ability to motivate learners aged 16-19
Additional Information

You will be required to travel to employer premises in the local area when necessary. Sponsorship may be available for this role.
