Job summary

Cambridge Education Group, in partnership with Northumbria University, seeks a Lecturer in Digital Technology Management for The Bridge centre. You will develop and deliver modules, provide engaging and inclusive teaching, and support student progression within this innovative access-education initiative.

You will lead on module delivery, assessment and student support, while maintaining current subject knowledge and contributing to outreach and stakeholder engagement across The Bridge network.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant subject area.
• High level of fluency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver high-quality teaching across modules and subject areas.
• Deliver engaging, inclusive learning experiences that support student engagement and progression.
• Monitor progress and provide regular feedback to help manage student performance.
• Maintain learning environments that encourage participation and independent learning.
• Contribute to quality assurance activities and programme reviews.
• Report to stakeholders on students as needed.
