We're seeking a motivated and learner-focused Lecturer to join our college team. You'll teach across a range of programmes - delivering knowledge, building skills, and creating inclusive learning experiences. This is a meaningful opportunity to make a lasting impact.
You’ll need:
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing high-quality teaching and learning across a range of Digital programmes, including Level 2, Level 3, and T Level qualifications. The role involves developing students' technical knowledge, digital skills, and employability competencies to support progression into higher education, apprenticeships, or employment within the digital sector.
The post holder will create engaging and inclusive learning environments, monitor and support student progress, and contribute to curriculum development to ensure programmes remain current with industry standards and emerging technologies. They will work collaboratively with employers and stakeholders to enhance industry relevance, particularly within T Level delivery, including supporting work placements and employer‑set projects. They will actively promote student achievement, attendance, safeguarding, and positive learner outcomes while contributing to the college's quality improvement and enhancement activities.
