Job summary

A creative institution in Uxbridge is seeking a Lecturer in Creative Media. This role involves delivering UAL Media programmes from Level 1 to Level 3 and supporting student practical exercises. The ideal candidate will hold a relevant degree and have an understanding of editing. Teaching experience is preferred, but not essential as support for obtaining teaching qualifications will be provided. Salary is £32,455 - £45,260 per annum, including London Weighting.

Qualifications and experience

• Degree in the relevant subject area or equivalent, with up-to-date knowledge of the subject area and good working knowledge and experience of editing.
• Ideally some teaching or training experience, and the ability to engage and communicate effectively with learners aged 16–19.
• If you do not currently possess a Level 5 teaching qualification recognised by the Further Education sector, you will be supported to obtain this by the College.
