Coventry College is seeking a Lecturer in Construction (Multi Skills) to deliver high-quality teaching and assessment in a dynamic FE environment. The role focuses on engaging, inclusive lesson design aligned with industry needs and curriculum standards.
The successful candidate will contribute to curriculum development, provide academic and pastoral support to learners, and collaborate with colleagues and external partners to ensure a first-class learning experience in Coventry.

Salary: £32,347 to £47,537 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience)

We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Lecturer to join our team, delivering high-quality teaching, learning and assessment to support our learners in achieving their full potential. You'll play a key role in designing and delivering engaging, inclusive lessons that meet curriculum standards and reflect industry needs.
As a Lecturer at Coventry College, you'll contribute to curriculum development, provide academic and pastoral support to learners, and work closely with colleagues and external partners to ensure an outstanding learning experience.
