Fife College is seeking a qualified candidate for a role in the Childhood Practice team. You will be responsible for delivering engaging learning experiences to students and improving curriculum effectiveness while supporting continuous improvement initiatives. About the Role
Join our dynamic Childhood Practice team and support candidates in achieving their learning goals by providing an engaging and effective learning experience. The successful applicant must have a Childhood Practice qualification that is recognised by the Scottish Social Services Council for the delivery of these registrable qualifications. Contribute to the overall success of our curricular area by assisting team members and the Curriculum Manager with the evaluation of learning and teaching. Help achieve the operational and strategic objectives outlined in the College Regional Outcome Agreement.
Key Responsibilities
· Deliver Learning and Teaching activities to a broad range of learners and in a variety of educational settings.
· Primarily teach candidates in subject areas of Childhood Practice
· Evaluate and improve teaching methods and curriculum effectiveness.
· Collaborate effectively with colleagues to enhance team performance and curriculum quality
· Support continuous improvement initiatives within the department
· Maintain accurate records of learner attendance and achievement
