Formación

• Degree level in Chemistry or closely related subject with a recognised teaching qualification.
• Passion for Science education and inspiring learners.
• Experience delivering engaging lessons, ideally across vocational science courses.

• Deliver outstanding teaching across GCSE, Access to HE and BTEC programmes at all Levels.
• Plan, prepare and assess learning activities that promote student achievement, retention and progression.
• Providing academic guidance, pastoral support and progression advice, including UCAS and career guidance.
• Develop and enhance curriculum content in line with awarding body requirements and industry needs.
• Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback and maintain accurate course records.
• Contribute to student recruitment, enrolment, induction and course review activities.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, employers and external partners to support an outstanding learner experience.
• Maintain compliance with safeguarding, equality and diversity, health and safety, and quality assurance requirements.
