1x Permanent, Part Time (0.5) £18,956 - £22,830 per annum

The School of Science, Technology, Engineering and Professional (STEP) at Kingston College is seeking a Lecturer to teach primarily on Level 2 and Level 3 BTEC Business programmes. The role involves taking responsibility for the group tutorship of one or more courses within the School, and contributing to quality improvements.

Ideal candidates will have a degree or relevant professional qualification in an appropriate subject, with links to industry, external agencies, and validating bodies. You should have energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for education, hold or be willing to obtain a teaching qualification, and possess excellent teaching skills and experience on BTEC Business programmes at various levels.

You should demonstrate high standards, good planning, organisational, and administrative skills, and the ability to work under pressure to deadlines. An awareness of academic quality standards, openness to new ideas, and a creative approach to problem-solving are also important.

The successful candidate will be eligible for salary increases based on the annual cost of living review applicable in the upcoming academic year.
