Job summary

The University of Greater Manchester is seeking an experienced academic to contribute to the teaching and delivery of Advanced Practice programmes, including the delivery of mental health modules and supervision of service improvement projects.

You will provide academic and personal support to Mental Health students through the personal tutor role, and assist with recruitment and admissions for the Advanced Practice Programme.

Qualifications

• Professional Membership/Registration is desirable for this role.
• First degree and preferably a teaching qualification.
• Commitment to undertaking a PhD and membership of the HEA is essential.
• Experience in advanced practice and linking courses with the professional sector.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to teaching and delivery of the Advanced Practice programmes, including mental health modules.
• Supervise service improvement projects and provide academic and personal support via the personal tutor role.
• Contribute to student recruitment and admissions for the Advanced Practice Programme.
