Faculty

Now is an exciting time to join the occupational therapy team as we develop the joint occupational therapy and physiotherapy Health and Wellbeing Clinic. The clinic’s strong focus on occupation also reflects our curriculum content and the university’s core values of excellence, inclusion and innovation.

What you will be doing:

  • You will have the opportunity to use your knowledge and experience innovatively to develop and deliver clinical and theoretical teaching to support student learning.
  • You will participate in assessment design and the assessment of student knowledge to support student attainment.
  • Depending on your experience and prior level of study, you will also contribute to postgraduate education.
  • You will work in collaboration with our education partners across three home NHS Trusts within Bradford, Airedale and Craven as well as other service providers across this footprint.
  • You will work collaboratively with our students and our service user and carer group to continually improve and develop our programmes and business opportunities.
  • You are expected to become scholarship active.
  • Qualifications/ experience:

  • You will be a qualified occupational therapist.
  • You will be eligible for registration with the HCPC.
  • You will have clinical experience working as a qualified occupational therapist.
