Are you a HEAD CHEF? Do you have a deep knowledge of, and passion for, authentic Lebanese cuisine? yes? Then we have some exciting news for you. Our client is a successful restaurateur in Hampshire in the United Kingdom. A restaurateur with a track record of getting their businesses into the Michelin guide.Next they want to apply that magic to creating one of the United Kingdom's best Lebanese restaurants.Part of that magic is the professional understanding that, central to every successful restaurant's success is culinary intelligence and that intelligence comes in the form of the head chef. Our client has a 1/2 format for success, identify and acquire the perfect location; identify and sign up a superb head chef.Because we are culinary agents we can't help with the first part of their formula but we are definitely the right people for the second part.Now, it is our job to make sure you're the right person for this challenge. We will not make this super long, so here are the headline requirements:

• Previous experience as head chef (or senior sous chef) in a renowned Lebanese Restaurants.
• You can design menus to deliver a consistent food cost level.
• You can mentor and inspire a small kitchen team.
• You are driven by an ambition to become an ambassador for Lebanese cuisine.
• You hold yourself to very high standards and insist on the same from your brigade.
• You are comfortable and adept at working in a multicultural environment.
• You are confident about collaborating with the wine stewards on creative Lebanese wine and food pairings.
