Job summary

Bank of America in Bromley seeks an experienced Operations Consultant - Leasing at Assistant Vice President level to join the Cash and Reconciliation team.

You will monitor cash positions, perform reconciliations, handle billing and invoicing, and drive process improvements while leveraging Excel and Oracle Cloud applications.

The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in billing, accounts payable & receivable and reconciliation processes.
• Ability to leverage Microsoft Copilot and/or other approved AI tools to improve productivity, analyse operational data, streamline investigations, and support decision-making.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily cash positions and funding requirements.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly General Ledger account reconciliations.
• Investigate and resolve reconciliation exceptions within service levels.
• Generate, validate, and process customer billing and invoicing activities.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency gains.
