Are you a dynamic leasing professional with a passion for marketing and resident experience? One Property Recruitment is working with a growing PRS Plus/BTR operator to identify a Leasing & Marketing Manager to lead leasing strategy and marketing delivery across their expanding portfolio.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this is a pivotal role focused on driving occupancy, increasing income, and elevating brand presence while delivering an exceptional resident journey.
Key Responsibilities
Leasing
Oversee the full leasing lifecycle from enquiry to move-in, ensuring a seamless and compliant process.
Respond to enquiries, conduct viewings, negotiate offers, and manage third-party agents.
Maintain 100% compliance across the leasing portfolio.
Monitor and report on performance, pricing, and ERVs to maximise income.
Implement rent reviews and manage renewals in line with market trends.
Marketing
Develop and execute tailored marketing strategies for both pipeline and stabilised assets.
Collaborate with digital partners to generate leads and boost resident engagement.
Manage social media channels and digital leasing platforms.
Coordinate marketing collateral, events, and brand activations.
Build local partnerships and promote resident feedback initiatives.
About You
5+ years’ experience in a leasing or lettings role.
Strong sales and negotiation skills with a customer-first mindset.
Excellent communication, organisation, and reporting abilities.
Experience in BTR or PBSA preferred but not essential.
Confident using digital tools and CRM systems.
ARLA or IRPM qualified (or willing to work towards).
