Job summary

Betterhomes in Dubai is seeking ambitious sales professionals ready to relocate and close deals with landlords, sellers, buyers and tenants. You will actively prospect, photograph properties, craft compelling listings, and network to convert leads into rentals and sales.

The role offers uncapped commissions, substantial lead volume, and comprehensive support from day one. Two overseas trips per year and relocation assistance including visa and medical insurance are provided.

Qualifications

• Strong background in sales or client-facing roles.
• Fluent English with excellent communication skills.
• Valid driving license is required.
• Proactive, can-do attitude with resilience.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
