Leasehold Property Manager

Location: North East – Community Based

Type: Permanent, Full Time (37.5 hpw)

Salary: £30k - £35k negotiable depending on skills and experience, plus benefits including Health Cash Plan!

Are you looking to progress your career in property management with experience in leasehold? Join our Leasehold team and take the next step in your career! This autonomous role allows you to leverage your leasehold knowledge while we provide support and training to develop your skills.

Typical Day:

  • Represent Home Group, managing a small portfolio of schemes and conducting site inspections.
  • Handle customer queries, arrears, anti-social behaviour, complaints, and safeguarding issues.
  • Engage with customers individually and facilitate scheme meetings and resident associations.
  • Collaborate with maintenance and leasehold teams to ensure scheme compliance and effective planned maintenance.
  • Ensure scheme service charge accounts are accurate and transparent for customers.
  • Aim to enhance the leasehold customer experience with Home Group.

We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in customer service and resolving complex issues.
  • Experience working with leasehold or rented properties.
  • Qualifications in TPI (IRPM), RICS, or relevant housing/property management certificates are desirable.
  • Line management experience is a bonus.
  • Must have a vehicle insured for business purposes; mileage will be reimbursed.
