An excellent firm are looking for a leasehold enfranchisement solicitor at the NQ – 2 PQE level to supplement their growing practice.

The hiring partner focuses on lease extensions of both flats and houses, enfranchisement claims, right to manage claims, right of first refusal and purchasing or selling a share of a freehold interest in a property. They are also highly regarded for their work in dealing with the sale and acquisition of complex ground rent portfolios and act for a mix of small and large institutional investors.

They are looking for someone who has experience in the following –

• Preparing applications to the first-tier property tribunal
• Attending tribunal and County Court on all issues related to claims made under the 1993 ACT
