Leasehold Enfranchisement & Residential Property Lawyer

Salary: £45-70k DOE

One of the leading firms providing legal services to South London, Surrey, and the South East with offices in three locations is seeking a Leasehold Enfranchisement Lawyer who can also handle residential property work.

They are modern, professional, and comprise bright, talented, and ambitious individuals.

The Role

Managing a busy mixed caseload of conveyancing files, including:

• Freehold & leasehold sales and purchases
• Mortgages and remortgages
• Lease extensions and collective enfranchisement
• Declarations of trust and joint ownership issues
• Acquisition of development sites and estate conveyancing
• Option agreements
• Providing support to your own dedicated Paralegal/Legal secretary

Who are they looking for?

• A 2-5 years’ PQE Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Conveyancer with solid Leasehold Enfranchisement & Residential Conveyancing experience
• An individual capable of managing their own caseload confidently
• A track record of delivering high-quality client service
