This HNW Chambers & Legal 500 firm seeks a Leasehold Enfranchisement Solicitor NQ+ PQE to join their highly reputable department, located in Wimbledon, South-West London.

Due to expansion plans this practice seeks a Leasehold Enfranchisement Lawyer NQ+ PQE to join its Legal 500 accredited department.

This practice has continued to grow and now has a client base that extends across the UK & Internationally. The Leasehold enfranchisement team deals with an excellent quality of work. This includes; Collective enfranchisement, group statutory and voluntary lease extensions, issues facing property management and the right to manage.

Your caseload will be varied, and you will be working alongside highly-ranked Solicitors & Partners who are prepared to invest their time and effort to help your career develop.
