Job Description:

At KFH, we are seeking a lease extension sales consultant to join our conveyancing sales team in Wimbledon. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales negotiation or knowledge of the lease extension process. You should possess a consultative sales approach, primarily offering lease extension services and conveyancing services to clients, supporting our business functions.

Reporting to the Head of Conveyancing, your responsibilities will include:

1. Contact and quote all lease extension leads promptly, explaining the process and our services.
2. Handle conveyancing referrals from our branch network, qualifying, quoting, and converting them into clients by assigning to our solicitors.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with the KFH network, solicitors, and conveyancers.
4. Resolve client and colleague issues proactively.
5. Stay informed about leasehold reforms and conveyancing processes.
