Lease Sales Support Administrator
VW Swindon Fleet

Full time 40 hours per week Monday - Friday

Our Corporate Fleet Sales Team at VW Swindon has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Administrator to join their successful team. This role offers a great opportunity to be part of a supportive company that values your personal and professional growth.

This role involves managing the tasks and activities of our Fleet Sales Team to ensure vehicles are ready for delivery or collection, meeting service level agreements set by our National, Broker, and Local Business accounts, as well as Inchcape and OEM compliance standards.

We seek someone who thrives in a team environment and a fast-paced setting, possesses excellent administrative skills, and has great attention to detail.

What You’ll Do Day To Day
  • Take ownership of the preparation and delivery of fleet vehicles to customers
  • Check vehicle specifications thoroughly before delivery to ensure they match customer requirements
  • Order delivery packs and inform customers when vehicles are en route
  • Book PDI with the Service department
  • Ensure all documentation is complete before arranging delivery
  • Support quoting for our Broker network when needed
  • Upload finance documents and order forms into Fleetbase, completing relevant compliance checks
  • Coordinate vehicle delivery on arrival, follow up with customers, and aim to reduce vehicle on-site time
