Lease Advisory Surveyor (Senior Surveyor to Director Level) (Bristol)

Join BNP Paribas Real Estate as a Lease Advisory Surveyor (Senior Surveyor to Director Level) in Bristol.

Role Overview: Working alongside the Director/team leader, your main responsibilities will include fee earning work such as rent reviews, lease renewals, lease restructuring, and preparing Expert Witness Reports for third-party proceedings.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage BNP Paribas Real Estate’s client base to meet financial targets.
• Build and maintain strategic client relationships.
• Promote and sell our Lease Advisory services.
• Win new business and develop a track record of repeat instructions.
• Identify and execute cross-selling opportunities.
• Ensure high-quality service through regular client reviews.
• Participate in Key Account Management to understand and meet client needs.
• Develop relationships and promote services across the Group.
• Collaborate with managers and directors to achieve company goals.

Person Specification

Essential Qualifications

• Degree-level education.
• MRICS qualification.
• Valid driving license.

Essential Experience

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage diverse workloads.
• Experience advising on rent reviews and lease renewals, including negotiations and third-party proceedings.
• Team player committed to high service standards.
• Full driving license and access to a car.
