Joshua Robert Recruitment Limited is recruiting a Graduate / Assistant Surveyor to join a Birmingham-based lease advisory practice. The role offers exposure to rent reviews, lease renewals, and landlord/tenant advice across the Midlands, with a clear route into specialist lease consultancy.

Open to graduates from related surveying backgrounds, the successful candidate will progress towards MRICS, develop client-facing experience, and work within a high-growth team offering structured mentorship

Competenze

Exposure to lease advisory/landlord and tenant work.
Open to candidates from related surveying backgrounds.
Working towards or holding MRICS (APC support available).
Strong analytical and numerical skills with good attention to detail.
Confident communicator with client-facing ambitions.
Full UK driving licence.

Mansioni

Assist with rent reviews and lease renewals across multiple asset classes.
Undertake lease due diligence to support acquisitions and disposals.
Contribute to rental and capital valuation advice.
Support lease restructures, regears, extensions and surrenders.
Assist with dispute resolution matters, including arbitration prep and expert witness instructions.
Liaise with clients, agents and solicitors as experience develops.
Carry out market research to support negotiations and reports.
