Job Description

  • Preparation and maintenance of financial records in compliance with established policies and procedures.
  • Analysis and review of lease agreements.
  • Ensuring all lease-related expenses are accurately recorded and accounted for.
  • Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports related to lease accounting.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accuracy of financial information.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Participate in financial audits and implement recommendations for procedural improvements.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and changes in accounting standards.

The Successful Applicant

Lease Accountant:

A successful Lease Accountant should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
