The Marine Society & Sea Cadets (MSSC) is seeking a Learning Team Coordinator at our London-based National Support Centre. You will promote training activities, support senior volunteers, manage communications, and help develop learning resources to enhance our programs for cadets and seafarers.

The role offers a full-time fixed-term contract until 30 September 2027 with a salary of £24,000 gross per year. Hybrid working and a strong commitment to safeguarding are part of our ethos.

Qualifications

• Good customer service skills.
• Organised and able to plan.
• Interest in marketing or training helpful.
• Familiarity with social media platforms a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote training activities and support senior volunteers.
• Manage inboxes and assist with national volunteers.
• Create learning resources and learning activities.
• Write and post social media posts advertising courses.
• Distribute certificates to cadets.
• Keep sections of the MSSC website up to date.
