Job summary

Luma Education Recruitment is seeking a Learning Support Worker to support young people in and around Whittlesey, Cambridgeshire. The role covers maths, English and Functional Skills with hub-based and outreach delivery, typically 9am–3pm, Monday to Friday.

This temporary, part-time position requires a driving licence and access to a car. An ASAP start is available, with opportunities for ongoing temp-to-perm contracts.

Location: Whittlesey, Cambridgeshire (PE7)

Hours: Part-time, Monday to Friday, 9am - 3pm

We need a Learning Support Worker to support young people in and around Whittlesey with maths, English and Functional Skills. The role mixes hub-based work with outreach visits to learners. It is 9am to 3pm, Monday to Friday, with an ASAP start.

About the Setting

A Cambridgeshire alternative provision for young people who need a more individual approach to learning, including learners with SEN and SEMH needs.

Your Duties

What You'll Need

• Experience working with young people, for example as a teaching assistant, tutor or youth worker
• Maths and English to GCSE level

• A driving licence and access to a car
