Ambitious about Autism is recruiting for a Learning Support Worker based in Brighton and Hove. The role supports young people in classroom settings and during breaks, with a focus on inclusive education and holistic development.

Salary is £25,286 (term-time only) with a £27,976 FTE equivalent and 32 days holiday plus bank holidays. Progression plans, local discounts, and meaningful work are part of the package.

Qualifications

• Experience is not strictly required; passion and desire to learn are valued.
• License to drive is not essential but helpful for community access.

Responsibilities

• Support the young people in classroom and break times.
• Implement learner's behaviour support plan and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals across the charity.
• Track progress and report to teachers, care managers and parents at reviews.
