A leading Further Education provider in London is looking for a Learning Support Assistant to support learners with difficulties and enhance their educational experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organisational and communication skills, and experience working with students with additional needs. Qualifications

Are you ready to make an impact at one of London's leading Further Education providers? Capital City College is looking for a skilled Learning Support Assistant to support and drive key operational functions, helping shape the future of education in the heart of London.

About the Role

This role is offered on a permanent basis.

To support learners with learning difficulties and/or disabilities (including emotional and/or behavioural difficulties) within the Campuses and to differentiate and facilitate learning according to the learner need. You will be working with small groups, 1:1 and as floating support.
