Job summary

A leading Higher Education institution in London is seeking a student-focused individual to support and enhance student learning, with a salary ranging from £45.15 to £52.76 per hour. Candidates should have a degree-level education and experience in Higher Education, particularly with arts-based students. This is a fixed-term hourly-paid position.

Job description

Working within student support, we are seeking a student-focused individual committed to supporting students to enhance their learning and enabling them to achieve their full potential.

You will also work and liaise with academic and other staff to support students' academic and learning experiences. You will be an active partner in the student's learning and progression, contributing to the regular review of the support given to your students and attending and contributing to team meetings.

Educated to degree level, you will have previous experience of Higher Education and the particular needs of arts-based students and awareness of supporting a range of learning needs and disabilities. You will be an excellent communicator with strong organisational skills.

Salary: £45.15- £52.76 per hour depending on experience
