A leading educational organization seeks a Learning Support Team Leader to guide and manage a team of Learning Support Assistants. This full-time, permanent role involves overseeing daily operations, conducting observations, and ensuring effective recruitment and training. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong leadership skills, effective communication, and experience in an administrative environment.
About The Role
As a Learning Support Team Leader, you will act as a lead to our LSA Mentor and Learning Support Assistants, providing support with day-to-day responsibilities.
You will be responsible for completing developmental observations, direct line management of Learning Support Assistants and LSA Mentor, monitoring recruitment needs and retention, and training and developmental opportunities.
You will work closely with the Group Learning Support Team Leads and Delivery Managers to provide operational support.
This is a full-time (37 hours per week), permanent contract based at Reading College.
