A dynamic and dedicated educational group is seeking a Learning Support Team Leader for part-time work in Banbury. The role involves leading a team, supporting learners, and enhancing administrative operations. Ideal candidates will have strong leadership skills, relevant experience, and a passion for fostering an inclusive learning environment.
About the role
As a Learning Support Team Leader, you will act as a lead to our LSA Mentor and Learning Support Assistants providing support with the day-to-day responsibilities.
You will be responsible for completing developmental observations, direct line management of Learning Support Assistants and LSA Mentor, monitoring recruitment needs and retention and training and developmental opportunities.
You will work closely with the Group Learning Support Team Leads and Delivery Managers to provide extra operational support.
This a part time 23 hours per week contract with a commitment to work Fridays and flexibility on the remaining two working days.

You will be resilient, solutions focused and have a clear vision for the team. The ability to lead, coach and motivate staff is vital.
