Job summary

Academics Ltd. is recruiting Learning Support Teachers in Torfaen for September 2026. You will work to unlock pupil confidence by adapting lessons and creating an inclusive classroom where every child can succeed.

Qualifications

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Enhanced DBS (Update Service) is registered or willing to obtain one.
• Registered with Education Workforce Council (EWC).
• Can provide two recent professional references.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils requiring additional learning support.
• Adapt learning activities to meet diverse needs and create an inclusive classroom.
• Collaborate with teaching staff and support teams to plan and deliver lessons.
• Ensure safeguarding and maintain DBS compliance as required.
