Exeter College in Barnstaple is hiring a Learning Support Specialist (Teaching Role) to work with students in small groups or 1:1 sessions. The role is term-time only (38 weeks) with permanent status and a pro rata salary of £27,656 to £29,302.
You will run drop-in workshops, support students with dyslexia and autism, manage a caseload of EHCPs, and advise teaching staff on facilitating success. Part- and full-time options are available.

This is largely a term time role (38 weeks). A few days fall outside term time to support SEND interview evenings across the academic year. This also includes supporting the enrolment process where you’ll talk to new students and share information about our outstanding offering.
