Job summary

Morgan Hunt UK Limited is recruiting a Learning Support specialist to provide academic and pastoral support in East London. This temporary ongoing role focuses on mentoring, study skills, and helping learners progress into FE or employment.

The ideal candidate will build positive relationships, identify needs, and create supportive plans while promoting attendance, wellbeing, and resilience in a diverse education setting.

Qualifications

• Provide 1:1 or small-group mentoring focused on study skills, organization, time management, and exam preparation.
• Support learners to set goals, track progress, and reflect on their learning journey.
• Assist with understanding assignment briefs, planning work, and developing independent learning skills.
• Identify learners' needs and create personalized support plans.
• Support learners transitioning into FE or progressing to higher levels or employment.
