Within the range of £37,299 to £43,086 per annum pro rata.
37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year.

This post covers Ipswich and Suffolk Rural campuses. As Suffolk New College is a multi-campus college, you may be required from time to time to travel to our On The Coast campuses. The successful candidate can choose either Ipswich or Suffolk Rural as their base campus.

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic SEND professional to lead our Learning Support and SEND Team.
Our Learning Support and SEND manager leads and manages the Learning Support and SEND Team, ensuring a highly efficient and effective support service.
You will have relevant professional experience in an education or Local Authority environment, alongside a sound working knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice and its practical application in education, together with knowledge and understanding of High Needs funding.
This is an exciting opportunity to manage and develop a team while engaging with external agencies. You will require the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of audiences, including learners, parents/carers, and external agencies, to achieve the best outcomes for our learners.
