Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen at The Meadows for a SEND Learning Support Practitioner. We are seeking a highly skilled, motivated and experienced person to join us.

We are looking for:

A Learning Support Practitioner who has experience of working with students with complex and profound needs. Please note full training will be given:

  • An enthusiastic person with real passion for working with children with SEND
  • A passion for working and supporting children
  • High expectations of pupils’ learning outcomes and a commitment to making a real difference
  • Flexibility and openness to new ideas; a team player
  • Full support of the ethos and aims of our schools
  • English & Maths GCSE minimum grade C/4
  • NVQ Level 3 in Childcare, BTEC, NNEB or equivalent

Grade: Grade D, SCP 9-17, £26,409 - £30,060 (Actual Salary £20,698 - £23,865 p.a.) + SEN Allowance
