Job description

The Trust Board are looking to appoint a caring and highly motivated Level 2 Learning Support Practitioner to join our welcoming and friendly team.

The successful candidate will:

  • Be an excellent Level 2 Learning Support Practitioner, who can motivate and inspire children.
  • Be able to support a small number of children with additional needs.
  • Encourage and help develop independence, self-confidence, and social skills
  • Monitor and track the progress of children
  • Have high expectations of themselves and others and be committed to braising standards in learning and teaching.
  • Have a knowledge of SEN and how to support children with diverse needs
  • A commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment
  • Demonstrate drive, ambition and openness to learning and personal development.
  • Be sympathetic to the Christian ethos of the school
  • Have strong communication skills which show integrity in the workplace by being honest, trustworthy and transparent while also acknowledging the needs of others and showing empathy
