A primary school in Rowley Regis is seeking an experienced Learning Support Practitioner Level 3 to support children with special educational needs from September 2025. The role involves working closely with pupils, teachers, and families, and providing a nurturing and inclusive learning environment. Required from September 2025 (subject to satisfactory clearance checks), the Governing Body of Highfields Primary School wish to appoint an experienced Learning Support Practitioner Level 3.
Applications are invited from an enthusiastic, hard-working LSP Level 3 who has experience of supporting and working with children with a variety of special educational needs. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and hold the relevant qualification. Experience in Key Stage 1 is desirable.
The position will involve working with individual pupils and small groups, liaising with teachers, SENDCO, outside agencies and other support staff.

Grade: Grade D, SCP 9-17 (£26,409-£30,060 p.a.) - Actual Salary £20,698 p.a. - £24,169 p.a.
