Learning Support Lead- Water Recycling
Location: Field-based across the Anglian Water region, with Corby as a primary base. Regular travel to sites within the region is required.
Salary: circa £48,000- depending on skills & experience- Plus Car Allowance

Permanent- Full Time

Are you passionate about developing people, driving operational excellence, and making a real impact on the environment and customer experience? We're looking for a Learning Support Lead to join our Water Recycling Services team and play a key role in shaping the future of our front-line operational workforce.

This is a unique opportunity to lead learning support initiatives, embed best practices, and champion continuous improvement across our operational teams. Based at our state-of-the-art training rig in Corby and in the field, you'll help ensure Anglian Water remains an industry leader in Health & Safety and operational performance.

What You'll Be Doing - Key Responsibilities

Learning & Development

  • Design and deliver core training and competency programmes.
  • Facilitate hands-on learning and coaching for front-line teams.
  • Embed best practices and support digital training compliance.

Innovation & Technology

  • Use data insights to improve training and performance.
  • Lead software rollouts and ensure confident platform use.
  • Review training outcomes to drive continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Collaborate with internal teams, regulators, and suppliers.
  • Report on training compliance and present development strategies.

Health & Safety

  • Champion a zero-accident culture and ensure H&S compliance.
