Job summary
Middlesbrough College is seeking an experienced Additional Learning Support Team Leader to supervise Learning Support Assistants and oversee high-quality support for students with diverse needs. You will work with curriculum teams and external agencies to implement Education, Health and Care Plans and develop effective strategies for learners with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs.

Qualifications
- Appropriate level 2 qualification in supporting students.
- Grade C or above in Maths and English.
- Desirable: Certificate in Behaviour Management.
- Desirable: Team Teaching Qualification.
- Desirable: Teaching or Training Qualification.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Learning Support Assistants and manage scheduling.
- Develop support plans for High Needs students with tutors.
- Lead Education Health and Care plans for caseload.
- Coordinate with Health, Care providers and agencies.
- Undertake staff appraisals in line with policy.
