The Thomas Lord Audley School is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to support students across key stages. You will work closely with teaching staff to deliver targeted interventions and foster positive relationships within a supportive team.

The role is 32.5 hours per week for a 39-week year, including term time and non-pupil days, offering a dynamic environment to develop professionally while contributing to student wellbeing.

Qualifications

• GCSE A-C Maths and English are required or equivalent.
• Understand procedures and legislation relating to confidentiality.
• Understand the importance of physical and emotional wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Work with individuals or small groups of children under the direction of teaching staff to plan and deliver interventions with measurable impact.
• Establish positive relationships with students and staff.
• Be a key worker for SEN pupils.
