Learning Support Assistants Wanted! | Flexible Supply Work with Protocol Education

Are you caring, patient, and passionate about helping children thrive? Looking for a rewarding role where no two days are the same? Join Protocol Education as a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) and start making a difference — one child at a time!

We’re looking for dedicated, flexible, and enthusiastic LSAs to support pupils across Primary Schools on a supply basis. Whether you're experienced in education or looking to kickstart your support career, we’d love to hear from you!

The Role:
  • Provide 1:1 or small group support to pupils, including those with additional needs

  • Help create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment

  • Work closely with class teachers and SENCOs to support learning and behaviour

  • Adapt to different schools, age groups, and classroom settings

What You’ll Need:
  • Experience working with children (school, nursery, care, youth work, etc.)

  • A calm, kind and positive attitude

  • A DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

  • Flexibility and confidence to step into new settings

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
