About the role

Pay Details: Grade 5 SP (8 - 12) £25,992 - £27,711 + SEN allowance Pro rata (pending 2025 pay agreement)

Hours of Work / Weeks per year / Working Pattern: Full Time, (Monday– Friday 8.30am – 3.30pm), Term time only.

Main Place of Work: Ysgol y Deri (Barry Campus)

Contract Type: Permanent

We are looking for individuals willing and able to work across various curriculum areas and activities, helping our pupils engage and enjoy life-affirming experiences. While a background in special needs is not essential, a strong understanding of the needs of learners with ALN and/or social, emotional, and mental health needs would be advantageous.
