Learning Support Assistant - Windsor - ASAP Start

Are you passionate about demonstrating the value of education to vulnerable children?

A thriving school in Windsor is looking for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant who is eager to make a positive impact on children's lives.

The ideal candidate should be able to communicate effectively with young people, and be confident, committed, and calm. A genuine desire to work with young people and to be a supportive team member is essential.

This role may include, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:

1. Supporting children's behaviour for learning in the classroom.
2. Assisting children with understanding the teacher's instructions.
3. Working with individual learners in 1:1 settings or with small groups in the Learning Support department.
4. Tracking and recording pupil progress.

This position will provide valuable experience and training, working with children who need extra support and care to progress.

• Location: Windsor
• Start date: ASAP
• Salary: £90-£100 per day

• Full-time, 8:30 am - 4:00 pm
