This school cares for children with social, emotional, and mental health needs, many of whom have co-existing issues. They are seeking a youth mental health support worker to support students in their daily activities.

The students are aged 4 to 16, each with personalized educational and healthcare plans. As a youth mental health worker, your role will involve ensuring students can complete their academic work, navigate their emotions, and learn functional life skills to promote independence.

Responsibilities:

1. Deliver tailored interventions aligned with each student's needs and goals.
2. De-escalate meltdowns and manage challenging behaviors.
3. Support children in managing their emotions.
4. Create a safe and engaging learning environment.
