Job summary

GLF Schools is seeking a Learning Support Assistant for Cuddington Croft Primary School. This term-time role focuses on supporting children’s learning and social development, under guidance from the Class Teacher, with a friendly, professional team.

The successful candidate will assist with learning activities, care for children, and help supervise break times, with training provided if needed. Strong GCSE results in Maths and English are expected.

Qualifications

• A-C (or equivalent) in Maths and English GCSEs.
• Experience is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Class Teacher in delivering learning activities.
• Care for children and support their daily needs.
• Help with day-to-day school activities and routines.
• Supervise behaviour at break and lunch times.
