Job summary

GLF Schools is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join Warren Mead Schools, a cluster of primaries in Banstead. You will support the class teacher in delivering learning activities and run interventions for groups or individuals, with training provided.

The role is term-time, 30 hours per week, with a start ASAP. FTE salary £24,751; pro rata £17,744.28; pay range GLF Associate Grade 2.1. Closing date 2 November 2026; DBS required.

Qualifications

• Experience in education desirable.
• Committed and enthusiastic about children's learning and welfare.

Responsibilities

• Support the class teacher in delivering learning activities.
• Assist in classroom and small groups or individually, run interventions.
• Prepare the classroom and support pupils and teacher with professionalism.
